Shipping Times
All quoted delivery times are in business days and may not include weekends or holidays. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Production Time
Please allow up to 72 hours for item production. This production time is not included in the shipping time. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped based on the shipping method you choose.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Free
- Fast Shipping: Available at checkout for the displayed price
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for the displayed price
The exact timeframe for each shipping method will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. With remote locations and APOs please expect a longer than normal shipping time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for all orders. Fast and Express shipping options are available at checkout for the displayed price, which is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as the shipping destination.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays and Issues

If we bust the shipping timeframe on expedited shipping, we will be happy to refund you a portion or all of your shipping cost.
